What is the difference between XPS and EPS Insulation Boards?

For retro fit projects and refurbishments - ie. where the property is occupied and you just want to lay underfloor heating with minimum disruption to floor height, and not have to rip-up an existing sub floor, then we recommend using XPS insulation boards.
