The Heatmiser neoHub connects to your home broadband router and wirelessly to the neoStats in your home. The key aspect of the neoHub is that no special computer knowledge is required. Simply plug into your router, connect to your Neo account on your Android or iOS device and take control of your heating and hot water from anywhere.

Can I control my heating if my internet connection fails?
Yes, you can control your heating from the thermostat keypad, but you will not be able to access your heating system remotely.
Do I need a computer to setup my Neo System?
No, all of the setup is done via your Android, Windows Phone or iOS Mobile device.
Do I need a fixed IP or to setup Port Forwarding on my router?
Is there a subscription fee for Neo?
No, there is no on-going fee. Neo is free to use and will be updated free of charge as enhancements are made to the service.
What is the Range of the Neo System?

We offer all our customers FREE, FAST delivery to mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands, although delivery is possible. Please contact us for a price). To qualify for this service, orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are made using our partners UK Mail and DPD, as both companies offer our customers a one hour delivery notification period, meaning you don't have to wait in all day! Provide us with your mobile telephone number, or email address when ordering and you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
How it works 1. You will receive an SMS message, or email confirming the package has been despatched
2. You will receive a text message as soon as your package is out for delivery, with a one hour delivery window.
3. If not convenient, you can change the date, or arrange to leave with neighbour by replying to the text, or email.
