We offer free delivery, to most parts of England and Wales.
However there are some exceptions:

Delivery Service
We offer all our customers FREE, FAST delivery to most parts of mainland UK addresses. (Excluding Rhosneigr, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands, although delivery is possible. Please contact us for a price). To qualify for this service, orders must be placed by 1.30pm Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are made using our partners Parcelforce and UK Mail, as both companies offer our customers a one hour delivery notification period, meaning you don't have to wait in all day! Provide us with your mobile telephone number, or email address when ordering and you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
As stated above, we use third party couriers to deliver our products and not our own vehicles. So, although we work hard with our partners to ensure all deliveries arrive the next working day, there are occasions when this doesn't happen. If this is the case, we will always try our best to resolve the situation, but are not responsible, or liable for any costs incurred by tradesman, etc, for late deliveries, or missing items. We are also not able to get replacement items delivered the same day, but will dispatch agreed items in the normal way.
Pallet Delivery
We will advise if due to size of your order if it will be delivered by pallet. If this is the case, please note that pallet deliveries may take an extra day to reach you, as we use third party pallet delivery companies, not Parcelforce, or UK Mail. Deliveries are made to the kerbside, or as close to the building as possible, but the customer is responsible for offloading. For health and safety reasons, we suggest using 2 people to offload. Once again, we are not responsible, or liable for any costs incurred by tradesman, etc, for late deliveries, or missing items. We are also not able to get replacement items delivered the same day, but will dispatch agreed items in the normal way.
FREE delivery is to (most parts of) areas A and B on the delivery map below.
How it works
1. Place your order online, or over the phone.
2. You will receive an email confirmation when the package has been dispatched.
3. You will receive a text message as soon as your package is out for delivery, with a one hour delivery window.
4. If not convenient, you can change the date, or arrange to leave with neighbour by replying to the text, or email.
